Sal Ciliano, out of town mobster.  A well built man, confident and loud mouthed, knows his way around the law and not scared to face down a roomful of cops and feds.  Sal was arrested in March 1922 for carrying a concealed firearm and possession of contraband liquor (one bottle of whisky), and pled to both crimes.  Sal was levied with a $50 fine for possession of the contraband bottle and sentenced to nine months for possession of an illegal firearm.  Sal will be eligible for parole in July 1922.
